Hello everyone,

Well I feel like I have been hooking diaper covers non-stop for the past few weeks and I was hoping that by tonight I would have 13 of them finished for my gorgeous hubby to photograph tomorrow.

Hopes and wishes don't always work out lol I was one short until my granddaughter arrived with her new baby doll. Now what is a Grammy supposed to do when she realises she has a diaper cover sitting there that she knows her little one would love to have for her new baby doll...yep you guessed it!

I am now two diaper covers down. So tonight and tomorrow I am going to be hooking quickly so as I can then start on my next multiple project.

BOOTIES

I love Booties on kids feet. They look so warm and snuggly. Depending on the type of bootie made they can be of the vintage type which normally come up past the ankle with a little bow to hold them in place or you can have little slip on ones that hug the foot. Then there are sneakers, boots, ballet slippers and my all time favorites, Mary Jane's.

Honestly there are so many to choose from, I'm not sure where to start. I can see myself sitting down with a cup of tea and perusing my growing collection of patterns and picking out some favorites to do.

I'll be making booties for the next few weeks, then I'll be taking some time off, as I will be going into hospital to have my first knee replacement. Whilst I'm there, I will be working on some personal projects and gifts.

Anyway, I should have all the diaper covers up for sale in Made With Love By Penny by Thursday, so keep an eye out as I am sure you will love the ones I have done.

As next Sunday is Easter and to me a day to be spent with the family, my normal Sunday Blog Post will be going up on Monday and fingers crossed with some photos of what I have made so far.
